Trader Applications:
If you would like to be considered for a trade stall, please contact the Worden Hall team via email at: wordenhall@southribble.gov.uk so that we can assess your application. Please include:
- Full details of the items your craft stall will be selling. To ensure a good variety for visitors, we will only invite one trader for each type of stall.
- A completed risk assessment
- Any PAT test certificates for electrical items
- Details of the social media platforms you use, including your social media handles
- Confirmation of your insurance and level of cover, meeting the minimum requirements below.
Minimum Limits of Indemnity
Public Liability: minimum £5 million
Products Liability: minimum £5 million
Employer’s Liability: minimum £10 million, if you have employees
Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed, and we will confirm by email whether you have been successful.
Successful traders will be provided with a 6ft trestle table and two chairs as part of the hire. The fee for the weekend is £60 plus VAT per stall, payable in advance.
